Shipping and Returns

Processing time

Every order is printed especially for you, so please allow 2-7 business days for your item to be made before it's dispatched. During busy periods (like the run-up to Christmas or Halloween) this can take a little longer – we'll always aim to keep you updated.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, UK orders usually arrive within 3-7 business days. International orders can take anywhere from 7-20 business days depending on destination and local customs processing. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

Returns and exchanges

Because each item is made to order, we're unable to offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind or incorrect size chosen at checkout. Please check size charts carefully before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or with a printing error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
